Human Resource Manager (#4S-2019)

PURPOSE

As Human Resources Manager, you would be responsible for the design, implementation, administration and communication of corporate policies and programs relating to all phases of human resource activities.

Manufacturing/Automation Engineer (#3S-2019)

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design and implement manufacturing processes that increase productivity while maintaining quality standards by improving integration of people, materials, equipment and finance.
  • Assess the techniques and equipment used in production processes to determine if they can operate more efficiently by utilizing lean manufacturing concepts.
  • Choose and develop more efficient and safe manufacturing processes using new, existing or modified machinery and equipment.
  • Establish/follow work instructions for each process to conform to ISO 9001, IATF 16949
  • Lead engineering in the development of new equipment and processes, while performing general duties to keep existing production equipment operational.
  • Continually investigate job processes to improve them and eliminate potential quality and production errors.
  • Responsible for manufacturing engineering for all processes.

Duties:

  • Gather and prepare technical information on new and existing equipment.
  • Develop and maintain troubleshooting procedures for any problem and manage troubleshooting, preventative maintenance and repairs on all equipment.
  • Keep all fixtures functioning properly and advise on materials and metallurgical concerns.
  • Supervise and train technicians in proper fixture and maintenance procedures
  • Use technical skills to troubleshoot equipment and use those skills to efficiently correct any problems that interfere with production requirements
  • Work safely and be aware of all potential dangers that may affect you and others around you. This includes the proper use of tools, equipment, and following OSHA safety regulations
  • Bring new jobs online by programming, fabrication, and re-writing (based on job specification). This may require the modification of existing equipment.
  • Maintain and repair electrical equipment as required
  • Maintain inventory of supplies necessary to maintain production
  • Assist in the implementation of sensor applications in stamping tools
  • Attend corrective action meetings to assist in developing and implementing corrective action plans
  • Generally, perform all other duties as required.

  • Time study jobs to determine labor standards
  • Assist when needed to establish routings, tooling requirements and estimates.

Electrical Engineer (#5S-2019)

Responsibilities:

  • Support new product development of electro- mechanical products
  • Expand into new electronic product lines while supporting the legacy electro-mechanical products currently in production
  • Conceptualize and build latching mechanisms that use electro- mechanical technologies
  • Supporting sales and occasionally attending trade shows and traveling to visit customers as needed on new developmental projects

Essential Functions:

  • Use engineering principals to design products
  • Trouble shoot technical problems involving product performance, production launch
  • Perform a variety of engineering tasks using appropriate engineering tools such as CAD, DFMEA, in the planning and design of electrical products and wire harness assemblies
  • Act as project leader and participate in all phases of development including creation, prototypes, testing and analysis while monitoring adherence to time lines and minimizing costs
  • Work individually and collaboratively with other engineers, designers, manufacturing personnel, managers, sales staff, suppliers and customers to complete product development assignments

Supplemental Functions:

  • Must be able to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities
  • Must be comfortable with public speaking and customer presentations
  • Hands on worker to assist, prove, and/or improve designs
  • Works well under pressure, willingness to meet tight deadlines
  • Desire to continue learning new skills and techniques thru in house training, outside training / course work, seminars, and trade shows

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Minimum 5 years of design experience using a modern ECad tool. Experience with Eagle is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of design experience in embedded systems (microcontrollers and/or FPGAs). Experience with PIC microcontrollers is a plus.
  • Ability to hand solder thru hole and SMT PCB components for rework, troubleshooting, and rapid prototyping.
  • Ability to conceptualize and design PCB assemblies from schematic level to PCB layout design.
  • Experience routing wire harnesses using CAD tools.
  • Ability to write and interpret C code.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills
  • Electro-mechanical Product design experience, full understanding and usage of 3D Inventor or Solidworks software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong expediting and project management skills
  • Strength in math, science, and computers
  • Minimum five years of applicable engineering experience
  • Bachelors of Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or applicable Bachelor Degree (Master’s Degree is a plus)

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: (including educational requirements)

  • Understanding of basic RF design principles
  • Understanding of ISO standards
  • Experience prototyping, testing, and evaluating electronic and electro-mechanical devices or systems
  • Experience with Engineering technical documentation including bills and materials, EN/ECN processes

 

Production Planner (#2S-2019)

Responsibilities:

  • Review Assigned Planner
  • Print, process and distribute work order packets to the production floor
  • Scan completed work orders and associated documents for record retention
  • Identify and issue process evaluation orders as required
  • Investigate & resolve piece count discrepancies by making inventory transactions /adjustments as required

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Intermediate math skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Personal computer skills
  • Minimum two years of production planning via utilization of ERP software such as Oracle, SAP, Infor Visual
  • Demonstrated knowledge of part masters, BOM Structures and MFG Routing Operations

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: (including educational requirements)

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Advanced mathematical skills
  • Understanding principles of DBR Scheduling

Cross Area Competencies:

  • Cross train for Plating Dispatch & Truck Routing

Customer Service Representative (#6S-2019)

Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact for all customer service and support functions. Create and maintain the highest standard of service and professionalism in conjunction with providing input and support to achieve company goals.
  • Able to understand an industrial/technical product line and provide solutions to customers.
  • Responsible for incoming communication (phone calls, emails, etc.) from customers, prospective customers, and sales reps regarding orders, quotes, pricing, problem solving,etc.
  • Enter all required information into the computerized systems to create and maintain the customer database, ensuring accuracy and timelines.

Job Requirements / Basic Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with internal and external customers at all levels of the organization providing courteous, timely and accurate information.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and to prioritize situations requiring urgent attention is critical. Strong time management and organization skills are required.
  • Demonstrated competencies in computer software -- MS Office (Outlook, Word & Excel) and Visual). Previous Visual experience a plus.

Experience:

  • Must have a minimum of 4 years of related experience in manufacturing or industrial customer service, order entry and sales, or a bachelor’s degree in a related field, or a combination of equivalent education and experience.

 

Experienced Inspector (#3-2019)

Will inspect machined and fabricated parts and assemblies.

Skill requirements:

  • Ability to take accurate measurements using Standard hand held and bench-type measuring devices.
  • Basic MS Windows, MS Office Skills
    • Intermediate or higher experience in Excel is desired
  • Blueprint reading/understanding
  • CMM operation and programming
  • GD&T
  • Intermediate communication skills for
    • Report generation (Microsoft Word)
    • Email interactions
    • Database reporting
  • Intermediate math skills

Additional desired experience in:

  • Measurement System Analysis (MSA)
  • Statistical Process Control (SPC)
  • Root cause analysis experience or similar problem solving techniques

Education requirements:

  • Minimum: High school diploma
  • Desired: Trade school or college coursework in Quality or related functions
  • Associate Degree in a direct or closely related technical function is a strong plus

Required work experience:

  • Minimum of Two years, recent experience as an Inspector

 

Experienced Tool and Die Maker (#4-2019)

Responsibilities:

  • Build or repair all Tooling and Dies in an efficient manner.
  • Produce Proto-types
  • Develop and enhance current parts and tooling
  • Must be able to trouble shoot multi station progressive dies
  • Quote a reasonable amount of time to complete a job

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Operate Tool Room equipment
  • Read and understand Blue Prints
  • Heat-treating procedures
  • Able to make Basic Detail Prints of die sections
  • Must be able to work on Multiple Jobs at one time

Experienced Single Hit Presses/Piece Work/Automatics (#7-2019)

A leading industrial hardware manufacturer is seeking an Experienced Press Operator.

  • Progressive Die Set-Up and Operation
  • 60 Ton – 400 Ton Coil Fed
  • Must be able to set safety device such as Light Curtains and Pull Backs.
  • Must be familiar with PLS Controls and Servo Feeds.

Position requires a complete background in press working including:
