Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist in performing diversified duties in the processing and monitoring of employee records according to government and company guidelines including but not limited to the following:
  • Benefits Programs
  • Orientation Program
  • Workers’ Compensation
  • Compensation Program / Labor Agreement
  • Provide information for the payroll process
  • Staffing requirements
  • Quality system
  • Maintain Government Mandated Programs
  • Compile data and prepare reports
  • Maintain records 

Supplemental Functions:

  • Coordinate and/or assist Safety Training
  • Company Events
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by HR Manager

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Must be extremely organized
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with both employees and managers
  • Microsoft Office software experience
  • Have a sense of urgency and hunger to stay busy.
  • Ability to convey a positive and professional image to applicants and employees

 Minimum Educational Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or equivalent
  • 1-2 years in the HR field preferred
