The Eberhard Paddle Lock Cable Control System allows you to design almost any configuration of closure and still have a lock that can be easily adapted to it. You are no longer bound by the limitations of rod-type locks…no stocking of different rod lengths, no cutting or fitting, no complex or expensive linkage. The Eberhard 4968 Series Paddle Lock Cable Control System gives you multi-point latching capability (one at the lock and two remote) in any combination that suits your needs. The use of nylon-coated, galvanized steel control cable of a single diameter means no inventory problems, as with rod. And installation time is far shorter. Besides, cable is more easily aligned and the tension is easily adjusted with ordinary tools. That means lower maintenance costs. The Eberhard Paddle Lock Cable Control System is intended for use on all types of merchandise delivery vehicles, farm equipment enclosures, mass transportation compartments, engine shrouds, stationary equipment, utility trucks, recreational vehicles and machine tool cabinets. Each Paddle Lock is furnished with 6 feet of cable.
