Eberhard Manufacturing describes "Quality" as the provision of products and services that consistently meet or exceed our customer's requirements and expectations.
We recognize the role that each employee plays in the achievement of those objectives. Therefore we create an atmosphere wherein each employee is held responsible for his or her work and is empowered with methods to facilitate full participation in the Continuous Improvement Process.

-Includes procedures for communicating the identified needs to each employee whose actions will have an effect on product realization.
-Monitors each process to verify that planned actions have been fully implemented.
-Evaluates the outcomes of our processess to validate effectiveness and initiate Corrective Improvement.
-Is proactive by design, with a clear focus on defect prevention rather than detection.
We strive for total customer satisfaction through the maintenance of a quality system that adheres to the spirit and intentions of the ISO-9001 Quality Standard, as well as to the requirements it contains.
