No. 16400 Series The cams shown here are used in pairs; the two parts are identical, but in use they are assembled so that the tab at one end (over which the rod is hooked) fits through the hole in the mating piece. See sketch below. The cams are available with a choice of holes to accommodate various shaft configurations, each cam sold seperately.
