MATERIALS AND PANEL SIZE OPTIONS
CCV offers customers a range of core, facing and coating material options to create the perfect composite panel for your application. The core and facing materials used to build a composite panel are carefully chosen based on the performance requirements of your application.
Facing material options include aluminum, FRP, antiskid FRP, rubber, vinyl, stainless steel, wood and ABS. Additional facing material options may be available upon request. The most common facing materials used in transportation applications include aluminum and plastic because of their performance benefits and customization options. Many finishing options are available for some types of facing materials. You can improve the aesthetic look of your panel when or both sides are visible once installed in your application.
Core material options include polypropylene, aluminum, styrofoam, paper, polycarbonate, polymeric and wood. Additional core materials may be available upon request. The most common core materials used in transportation applications include aluminum and polypropylene because of their performance benefits and customization options.
