ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR - PRODUCT SUPPORT TEAM

Manufacturer of industrial hardware is in need of a Staff Product Design Supervisor for the Engineering Department. 10+ yrs experience. Will assign & supervise all activities associated with project and design & development cycle. Familiar with stampings, die-casting, plastic molding & assembly techniques. Strong background in 3-D Inventor Series & AutoCAD 2009 software. Experience with FEA, PPAP & DFMEA processes. Requires BS in Mechanical Engineering. Manufacturer of industrial hardware is in need of a Quality Engineer with 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance. Will assist in execution of department/company goals & objectives; Deal with APQP activities; Coordinate & prepare sample packages; Update/maintain FMEA's, Process Flow Diagrams & Process Flow Plans. QA rep on product development teams. Review GD&T, SC's, KPC's, and gauging methodology with customers. Must have strong problem solving skills, personal computer skills, written & verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and conduct professional & organized presentations. Lean tools & techniques. Some travel required. Requires Univiersity Degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
